Account Registration and Security

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

- Deposits made with the apparent intent of claiming a bonus and immediately withdrawing without genuine play may be considered in bad faith. fk88 reserves the right to withhold such withdrawals pending review and to void bonuses in such cases.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
- Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are generally processed within minutes during normal operating hours (BST). Processing may take longer during peak periods or where KYC verification is pending.

Currency notice: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fk88 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion performed by a payment provider is outside fk88's control, and fk88 accepts no liability for exchange rate losses or conversion fees applied by third-party providers.

Account Suspension and Termination
fk88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1, including that the player is under 21 years of age or has provided false registration information.

- Receipt of a chargeback or deposit reversal instruction from a payment provider, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by fk88.
Upon account closure, any balance may be withheld pending investigation where fk88 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completed KYC verification. Balances associated with confirmed breaches of these Terms will be permanently forfeited.
Amendments and Governing Law
fk88 may amend these Terms at any time.
